The AMEL Speakers Bureau empowered young human rights and civil society activists from the Middle East and Africa (MEA) that were living in the U.S. and Europe, including immigrants, refugees and visiting fellows. AMEL Speakers were trained in public speaking and spoke at a variety of schools, community centers, places of worship, conferences and gatherings. Sharing their courageous activism stories, they spread sparks of inspiration, understanding, dialogue and cooperation while at the same time expanding their leadership profiles and abilities.

AMEL also offers training workshops in digital safety & privacy, leadership & public narrative, combatting bias & building allyship, diversity & inclusion, transforming conflict, and human rights,among other topics. Training sessions and workshops can be customized according to partner needs and requests.
